Resource request privacy notice

Coach Ward TEFL is the training brand of Coach Ward Business Solutions. When you request a resource, we save your first name, email address, teaching experience category, intended timeline, whether you need a specific credential, confirmation that you are 18 or older, optional email-marketing preference, campaign tags, page variant, and request time.

We use these details to manage resource requests, understand course fit, and distinguish campaign sources. We do not use these fields to certify English ability, approve admissions, or promise employer acceptance. Teaching examples and course offers by email require the separate optional checkbox.

You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing permission by emailing tbw@coachward.biz. We do not ask for a birth date or employer name in this form.

Resources open immediately after submission. No email delivery is promised. Your data is stored with the hosting provider and is not posted publicly. Advertising measurement on these funnel pages is optional. If you choose Allow measurement, the Meta pixel sends page visits, lesson views, successful resource requests, and outbound course clicks, along with information collected by Meta such as browser/device details, page URLs and identifiers. We do not include your name, email, form answers, or Assistant Coach questions in our explicit pixel events. Declining leaves the resource and training links available. You can change your choice using Privacy choices; revoking consent stops further funnel events. Meta may retain previously received data under its own policies. Course-site tracking on Graphy has separate provider controls and policies.

Assistant Coach uses prepared answers and topic matching on this page. Questions are not stored or sent to an AI service. An email link opens a draft in your email app; nothing is sent automatically.
